Where do sessions take place?
All sessions are held on Zoom, so you can join from anywhere. You'll receive your link in your confirmation email.
Which session should I book first?
If you'd like a full review and a personalized herbal plan, start with the Initial Herbal & Wellness Consultation. If you have one specific question, the Herbal Clarity Session is a great place to begin, and if you book the Initial Consultation within 30 days, your $95 Clarity fee will be credited toward it.
What happens before my consultation?
After booking, you'll receive an intake form covering your health history, goals, and current concerns. Please complete it before your session so I can prepare.
Is it safe to take herbs with my medications?
Some herbs interact with medications or aren't recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. That's why the intake form asks about your medications and health history. I always choose herbs with your safety in mind, and I encourage you to check with your healthcare provider before starting anything new.
Is this medical care?
No. My services are educational and don't diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. They're meant to support, not replace, care from your doctor or other licensed provider.
What do I need for a Human Design session?
Your birth date, exact birth time, and birth city. Your birth certificate is the most reliable source for your birth time.
How do I join The Restoration Era?
